Tongariro Alpine Crossing

Not much to say about this other than that is was an amazing experience!

We were picked up at 6:00 and started walking around 6:40. We finished the 19.4 km (and another back to the carpark) at 13:30.

Galeforce winds at the summit and quite steep scree slopes, so scary at times but worth every second!
